Life is truly difficult.  Could you benefit from insight into your struggles? Would a consultation with a mental health expert be the right thing to do?

However, when we have marital problems, sexual difficulties, anxiety, depression, etc., we often seek advice from people who are probably not really that mentally healthy and are by no means experts. This is not very wise. To paraphrase an old adage:  A person who has himself as a counselor has a fool  for a client.

Get real help from a real expert. Quit fooling around with your mental health! Hire a professional.
