Ways to Pay:
I accept Paypal, checks and money orders.
Payment must be made before or at the time you receive services. If you want to use a personal check I will wait until the check clears before I start working on your e-mail question or before I schedule appointments for chat or telephone consultations. If you use PayPal (see below) I will start immediately and try to schedule you immediately.
E-mail consultations must be paid for in advance. I prefer prepayment with PayPal-- it is easier and more secure for both of us. The fee is $90/hour. I require a $90 deposit- I will refund your money if I cannot respond to your inquiry. I will pro-rate your fee in 10 minute increments- If I only spend 30 minutes on your e-mail, I will refund $45 of your fee.
Chat consultations can be paid for at the time of service if you are using a credit card. I prefer prepayment with PayPal-- it is easier and more secure for both of us. The fee is $95 per hour. Any minutes over one hour will be billed per minute.
Telephone consultations can also be paid for at the time of service if you are using a credit card. Again, I prefer prepayment with PayPal-- it is easier and more secure for both of us. The fee is $110 per session. Any time over 55 minutes will be billed per minute based on the hourly rate.
